Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: GK1, New Delhi
Clinic Type: ENT & Aesthetic Services
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8;00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow-ups

Manage appointments, rescheduling, and walk-ins

Greet patients and ensure a warm, professional reception

Create bills and collect payments (cash, UPI, card)

Maintain records for ENT and cosmetic/aesthetic patient

Coordinate with the doctor and keep the day smooth and efficient

Required Skills

spoken and written English

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Billing software)

Pleasant personality with good communication

Quick learner, confident with patients, and sales-friendly

Prior experience in clinic, salon, or hospital is a plus

Qualification & Experience

Graduate preferred (any stream)

1–3 years experience in front desk or customer care preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,269.55 - ₹16,000.00 per month
