About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized assistance to customers visiting our jewellery showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Explain jewellery savings schemes, including their benefits, terms, and conditions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery schemes based on their preferences and budget.
Follow up on scheme enrolments, payments, customer enquiries, and upcoming visits.
Address customer concerns patiently and ensure a positive showroom experience.
Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
Candidate Requirements
Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude and a customer-first approach.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Tamil is mandatory; English and Malayalam are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in CRM, jewellery showrooms, retail stores, or malls are preferred.
Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
An updated resume is compulsory.
