Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation \& Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Mise en Place

Wash, peel, chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and complete all required prep work before peak service hours.

Quality \& Consistency: Ensure meals meet safety, temperature, and taste standards before serving.

Cleanliness \& Sanitation: Maintain a sanitized, organized work station; clean cooking surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to food safety guidelines.

Inventory Management

Monitor food stock, label ingredients with prep/expiry dates, and alert management when ingredients or supplies run low.

Waste Reduction

Follow proper portion control and storage techniques to minimize ingredient waste.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
