Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Tamil.
• Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
• Record customer interactions and update required details.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the specified location.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
