Job Title: HR Intern / HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and follow up with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and HR activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Excel.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
