Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end technical hiring process and bring the right talent to our growing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub and other job portals
• Understand technical JDs and screen and shortlist candidates (Java, React, Node.js, Python, AI/ML, etc.)
• Conduct candidate calls, schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and hiring managers
• Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups and candidate engagement until joining
• Maintain daily updates in trackers and the ATS
