Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle our international clients for our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries via Email, Chat, and Calls for US/UK market
• Coordinate with internal team (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media) to resolve client issues
• Maintain client records, tickets, and follow-ups in CRM
• Ensure high CSAT and client retention
• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English - Must for international market
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media)
• Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Zendesk preferred
• Willing to work in US night shift
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Candidates from Digital Marketing Agency background
• Experience handling US/UK clients
