Role Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Consultants to contribute to our international sales process. This role involves direct client engagement, lead generation, and consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through outbound calls and digital channels. Engage with potential clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Drive day-to-day sales closures while maintaining high standards of client service. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Participate in continuous training and development programs. Candidate Requirements : Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales or an International BPO environment. Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability in client handling, negotiation, and sales closures. Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours.
