Admission Counselor / Business Development Executive (Male Candidate) Company: Thirdeye Computer Classes Location: Raja Park, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience & skills) Gender: Male Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Preferred) Job Summary:Thirdeye Computer Classes is hiring a proactive, energetic, and sales-driven Male Admission Counselor for our Raja Park branch . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student walk-ins, explaining computer & professional course details, converting leads into admissions, and driving branch growth. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents about computer courses, certifications, and career opportunities. Admission & Sales Conversions: Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, and online leads to achieve monthly admission targets. Lead Follow-ups: Maintain strong follow-ups with interested leads via phone and WhatsApp to ensure maximum enrollment. Business Development: Identify local tie-ups, market opportunities, and promotional strategies to boost student intake at the branch. Documentation & Data Management: Maintain systematic records of student inquiries, enrollments, and fee details in the CRM/database. Key Requirements: Gender: Male candidates only. Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in admission counseling, educational sales, or business development. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic/working English. Proactive Mindset: Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Sales Aptitude: Proven track record in handling objections and closing sales calls/walk-ins. Location: Candidates residing near or able to commute easily to Raja Park, Jaipur will be preferred.
