Job Description – Telecaller Company: Allfin Solutions Location: Anna Salai, Chennai Position: Telecaller Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilitiesl: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Explain our car loan, used car loan, commercial vehicle loan, and other financial services to customers. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan-related information. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and document collection. Maintain daily call records and update lead status. Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Tamil and English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
