Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities Sales & Targets: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Staff Management: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance and duty schedules. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints. Stock Management: Monitor stock availability, inward and outward stock, and prevent stock loss. Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, product display and visual merchandising. Billing & Cash: Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales transactions. Daily Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, target achievement, stock updates and staff attendance to management. Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotional activities and improve sales during weekends and festivals. Team Training: Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques. Store Operations: Ensure the store operates smoothly according to company policies and procedures.
