Army retired preferred

Supervise and monitor housekeeping supervisors and housekeeping staff.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across office, production, cafeteria, washrooms, and common areas.

Allocate duties and prepare shift schedules for housekeeping teams.

Conduct regular inspections of all areas and ensure timely corrective actions.

Monitor housekeeping material consumption and maintain inventory records.

Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping supplies and services.

Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to hygiene protocols.

Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, discipline, and safety practices.

Maintain attendance and daily activity reports of housekeeping teams.

Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline within the department.

Ensure compliance with company hygiene and safety standards.

Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower requirements and operational support

Any other tasks that may be part of this role or any other task assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
