Job Description

BASINDIA Consulting Services is inviting applications for AR Telecaller vacancies available with our partner companies. We help candidates connect with suitable employment opportunities through our recruitment consultancy services.

Selected candidates will work with the partner company according to its job requirements and employment terms.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.

Follow up with customers on payment commitments and overdue accounts.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.

Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work night shifts.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Salary and Work Details

Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
