Key Requirements

Strong command of bakery operations, including Cakes, Fondant Cakes, Breads, Buns, and Cookies.

Expertise in cake decoration, fondant designing, and baking techniques.

Ability to lead, train, and manage the bakery team.

Knowledge of bakery production planning, quality control, and food safety.

Experience in managing raw materials, inventory, and minimizing wastage.

Relevant experience as a Head Chef, Bakery Chef, or Senior Bakery Chef.
