Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit markets, meet customers, generate new business, and sell the company’s products. The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, explaining products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit markets, shops, retailers, and dealers to find new customers.

Introduce company products and explain their features and benefits.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.

Discuss prices, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Explore new markets and identify business opportunities.

Maintain daily reports of customer visits, sales, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the office team for orders and deliveries.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle customers confidently.

Basic negotiation and sales skills.

Willingness to travel for market visits and customer meetings.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Target-oriented and hardworking.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream preferred.

1–3 years of experience in field sales.

Experience in home décor, handicrafts, retail, or lifestyle products will be preferred.

Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
