We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Telecallers and Academic Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.

Explain EaseToLearn's courses, test series, and educational services.

Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.

Counsel students regarding course features, benefits, pricing, and enrolment procedures.

Generate leads, maintain follow-up records, and convert interested prospects into registrations.

Handle student queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.

Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and enrolment targets.

Maintain accurate records using the company's designated systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, admissions, or academic counselling will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge and confidence in interacting with prospective students.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work towards performance targets.
