We are looking for confident, communicative Telecounsellors for our voice sales process. You will

speak with prospective customers over the phone, understand their needs, explain our offerings, and

convert enquiries into sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers

Understand customer needs and counsel them on the right products or services

Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly

Handle objections and follow up with leads to close sales

Achieve daily and monthly sales and call targets

Update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM

Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone on every call

Follow call scripts, company policies, and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates (freshers): Welcome to apply

Graduates (experienced): Minimum 6 months of sales experience (mandatory)

Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)

Good communication skills

Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift

Work Details

Working days: 6 days a week
Week off: 1 rotational off
Shift: Day shift
Location: Mayapuri, Delhi
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
