Job Summary

Looking for a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records at our Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries.
• Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents.
• Maintain petty cash and track office expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
• Prepare basic accounting reports as required.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding bills, expenses, and payments.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• B.Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage.

Experience

Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience will be preferred.
