Required Qualification \& Experience
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Previous experience in Operation Theatre is mandatory.
- Provide nursing care to patients before and after surgery.
- Assist doctors and surgeons during OT procedures.
- Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
- Assist with patient positioning and safe transfer of patients.
- Prepare surgical instruments and supplies as required.
- Monitor patients and report changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate nursing and OT records.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
- Check and maintain OT equipment and supplies.
- Assist in emergency procedures when required.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Operation Theatre.
