Housekeeping Desk Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to telephone calls and housekeeping-related requests promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, room cleaning priorities, check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
• Maintain and update room status in the hotel system/register accurately.
• Record and communicate guest requests, complaints, and maintenance issues to the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with Room Attendants, Supervisors, Laundry, Engineering, and Front Office as required.
• Maintain housekeeping logs, reports, checklists, and daily records.
• Monitor and follow up on pending housekeeping requests and maintenance complaints.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of housekeeping records.
• Prepare and distribute daily housekeeping assignments and relevant information as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Ensure effective communication between the Housekeeping Department and other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Supervisor.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
