Support Executive – NBFC/MSCS Core Banking

• Support NBFC, Nidhi and MSCS clients on daily software use (loans, deposits, collections, accounting)
• Resolve client queries and issues quickly, and escalate technical problems to the development team with clear details
• Run day-end, month-end and year-end closing support
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and remote sessions

Qualification

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Freshers with good financial and accounting knowledge can apply.
• Experience in NBFC, Nidhi companies, co-operative societies, or financial software support will be an added advantage.
• B.Tech is not required.

Not for pure IT or software profiles.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
