Job Description

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a qualified and dedicated BHMS Doctor for the role of Couple Coordinator at our Gobichettipalayam location. The candidate will coordinate patient care, guide couples through fertility treatment procedures and support communication between patients and the clinical team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultations and appointments for couples undergoing fertility treatment.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide general patient guidance within the scope of qualification.
• Collect relevant medical history and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Assist with patient follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Address patient queries and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate doctor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Provide compassionate support to couples throughout their treatment journey.
• Follow hospital protocols and patient-safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• BHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant council, as applicable.
• Previous hospital experience required.
• Good communication and patient-coordination skills.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
