Fabrication helper

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication team in the workshop. You will assist welders and fitters with preparing, assembling, and finishing metal products.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fabricators in cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling metal parts
• Measure and mark materials as per drawings or instructions
• Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces
• Move and arrange materials, tools, and finished products safely
• Keep the workshop clean and organized
• Follow all safety rules and use protective equipment (gloves, goggles, helmet, etc.)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fabrication or welding workshop preferred, but freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools (grinder, drill, cutter)
• Ability to read simple measurements (tape, scale)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Education: \[10th pass / ITI preferred].
