Area Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Area-cum-Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple cloud kitchens and restaurant outlets across locations and brands. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs. Monitor food quality, order accuracy, customer satisfaction, hygiene, and service standards. Control food costs, wastage, manpower expenses, and overall operating costs. Manage staffing, hiring, training, attendance, and staff performance. Track sales, profitability, aggregator performance (Zomato/Swiggy), and outlet-wise KPIs. Ensure inventory control, stock management, and timely procurement. Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions. Drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability across all locations. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations. Experience managing multiple outlets and preferably multiple brands. Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and cost-control skills. Hands-on approach with good knowledge of restaurant operations and food aggregators. Location: Gurgaon / Faridabad
