- Welcome Visitors
- Greet walk-in clients, guests, or patients, announce their arrival, and issue visitor passes.
- Manage Lobby Operations
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable with necessary stationery.
- Handle Courier & Mail
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming letters, packages, and official correspondence.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Book, reschedule, and manage visitor or client appointments.
Telecalling & Communication
- Inbound Calls
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, provide accurate information, and route calls to the relevant departments.
- Outbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, pitch products or services, confirm appointments, or conduct customer surveys.
- Pay
- ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
