Customer Support Executive

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Week Offs
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Available
Meal Facility: One-Time Meal Provided
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹29,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Salary Growth: Salary Hike Opportunity After 3 Months Based on Performance Review
Key Responsibilities: -

Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails as required.

Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Update customer interactions and records in CRM systems.

Follow company policies and meet performance targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills: -

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

Ability to multitask and work in a team.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
