hiring Telesales Executives for our Kochi operations.
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy communicating with people and have an interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain Kripa Home Solutions' products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Salary range
- 25000 to 30000 + Incentives
- Work shifts
- Days shift -9 am to 4 pm
Night shift- 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Ability to speak fluently in Malayalam & English
- Pay
- ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
