Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and follow up with interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain products and services and generate business leads.

Follow up with prospects and maintain customer records.

Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred; freshers can also apply.

Fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
