Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager - Operations to lead daily operations at Bento B, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive team performance, maintain operational excellence, and uphold our unique culture-driven dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service standards.

Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and service teams.

Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and customer engagement.

Monitor sales, staffing, inventory, and cost controls.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements.

Support events, community initiatives, and brand-led experiences.

Requirements.

3-6 years of restaurant operations or hospitality management experience.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and guest relation abilities.

Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
