- Prepare the operation theatre (OT) before surgical procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, sterilization and infection control in the OT.
- Check and prepare surgical instruments, equipment and supplies.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Monitor and maintain patient safety throughout surgery.
- Follow aseptic techniques and hospital safety protocols.
- Count surgical instruments, needles and gauze before and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records, checklists and surgical documentation.
- Assist in patient transfer and positioning before and after surgery.
- Monitor availability of medicines, consumables and emergency equipment.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists and other healthcare staff.
- Follow hospital policies, duty schedules and instructions from senior staff.
- Pay
- ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
