📢 JOB OPENING – Sales & Marketing Executive Company: Supreme Hospital Furniture Base Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Job Location: Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh Department: Sales – Field Work Employment Type: Full Time | 100% Field Work Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: 2–4 Years in Relevant Sales Team Handling: Team handling experience preferred 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets. • Monitor daily team performance and field activities. • Assign and follow up on sales activities with team members. • Develop new customers and business opportunities. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and doctors. • Visit hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers and other relevant customers. • Promote and sell company products. • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings. • Achieve assigned sales targets. • Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports. • Identify new market opportunities and support business growth. • Follow up with customers and generate new business leads. 🔹 Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: • Medical / Healthcare • Surgical Products • Pharmaceutical • Medical Representative (MR) • Hospital Furniture • Healthcare-related Products 🔹 Candidate Profile We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and responsible sales professionals who are comfortable with field sales, customer visits and regular travel.
