Frost Bakery is looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The candidate should have experience in preparing and decorating cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and other bakery products. Handle cake baking, cream preparation, icing, frosting, and cake decoration. Prepare customized and designer cakes as per customer requirements. Ensure consistent taste, quality, freshness, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and work area. Manage ingredients, stock, and minimize wastage. Follow recipes and maintain timely production. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or cake shop preferred. Knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and dessert preparation. Creative, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a team and meet daily production targets.
