💼 JOB DESCRIPTION BSS Loan Officers will be responsible for providing loan services to small retailers and business outlets, generating leads, achieving sales goals, and carrying out collection activities under the Bharat Super Shop (BSS) model. This is an outbound/field-based role requiring good interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of sales processes.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 🔍 Conduct market surveys to identify customers interested in loans.
• 👥 Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• 💰 Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products.
• 🎯 Generate leads and achieve revenue/sales targets.
• 💳 Perform collection activities and improve portfolio quality.
• 📉 Minimize customer delinquency through efficient collection practices.
• 👤 Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

⭐ SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 🎓 10th / PUC / Matriculation – Pass.
• 💼 0–2 years of relevant experience.
