Positions: Customer Service Executive – Inbound & Outbound 📍 Location: ETPL Tower, Thane West, Mumbai ### 💼 Job Details

Inbound Process: Pure Customer Service – No Sales
Outbound Process: Sales Process
Candidates: Freshers & Experienced ### ✅ Eligibility Criteria *12th pass but not pursuing can apply for outbound process.
Graduation mandatory for the Inbound Process
Versant Level 4 required for the Inbound Process
Basic/Average English communication skills for the Outbound Process
Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of sales experience for the Outbound Process
Immediate joiners preferred
No pursuing candidates
Must be available without long leave for the next 6 months ### 💰 Salary Details ### 🕒 Work Details
Inbound: Rotational day shifts
Outbound: Fixed shift, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational weekly off
