Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Qualifier to support our outbound B2B sales efforts. You will connect with prospective enterprise customers, engage with HR and Learning & Development (L&D) decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings and product demos for our enterprise sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists and independently identified prospects.

Connect with HR Heads, L&D Heads, Talent Development leaders, and other relevant decision-makers.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, interest, and buying timelines.

Schedule qualified sales meetings and product demonstrations.

Maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked.

Handle objections professionally and follow up consistently to maximise conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound telesales, telecalling, lead generation, lead qualification, or appointment setting.

Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech is strongly preferred.

Excellent spoken English and Hindi, with strong verbal communication skills.

Comfortable engaging with corporate professionals and senior decision-makers.

Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, organised, and comfortable using CRM tools.

Ability to maintain high outbound calling activity while ensuring quality conversations.
