Job Description: Franchise Relationship Manager (FRM)

7th Heaven is one of India's leading bakery and café brands, with 350+ outlets across 125+ cities. As part of our international expansion, we currently operate 16 stores in the UK, with 57 additional locations in the pipeline.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and business-oriented Franchise Relationship Manager to manage relationships with our UK franchise partners, coordinate new store openings, support outlet performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Franchise Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, addressing queries, concerns and feedback.

Build strong, professional relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Store Launches & Project Coordination

Coordinate new store openings, project timelines and operational readiness.

Work with internal teams and franchisees to ensure smooth and timely launches.

Franchisee Training & Operations

Guide franchise owners and their teams on SOPs, brand standards, customer service and daily operations.

Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Business Performance & Growth

Monitor outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Support franchisees with business improvement plans and operational efficiency initiatives.

Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and other relevant teams to resolve franchisee issues.

Handle grievances professionally and escalate critical matters when required.

Reporting, Documentation & AI Utilisation

Maintain accurate records of outlet performance, complaints, action plans and project updates.

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant digital tools for reporting and coordination.

Leverage AI tools effectively for day-to-day tasks, including drafting communications, preparing reports, analysing information and improving work efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, General Management or a related business discipline.

2–5 years of relevant experience in franchise management, retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, business operations or relationship management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly for routine business tasks, reporting, documentation and productivity improvement.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Good business acumen with the ability to understand operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently when required.

Added Advantage: Experience in project coordination, franchise operations, business reporting, process improvement or AI-assisted workflow automation.
