Relationship Officer – Home Loan / Loan Against Property

Hiring for Sales Officers with experience in the Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Personal Loan industry. We are looking for candidates who can generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and manage the loan process from sourcing to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through self-sourcing and client acquisition.

Acquire new customers, brokers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).

Understand customer loan requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Handle Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loan inquiries.

Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan sanction and disbursement.

Stay updated on loan products, policies, and banking processes.

Perform bank assessments and calculate FOIR and EMI for customers.

Secondary Responsibilities

Build relationships with corporates for bulk loan opportunities.

Promote brand through networking and business activities.

Maintain and update customer records and follow-ups.

Eligibility

Experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Personal Loans.

Knowledge of self-sourcing, bank assessments, FOIR, and EMI calculations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work with multiple banks and NBFCs.
