We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive | Gurgaon | US Shift

Advertising Champs is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency.

If you’re confident on calls, comfortable speaking with clients, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.

What you’ll be doing

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business opportunities
Communicate with prospects and understand their business requirements
Handle follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels
Maintain lead records and update Google Sheets
Handle basic administrative and sales-related tasks
Coordinate with the digital marketing team when required
Support the overall business development and client acquisition process

What we’re looking for

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (Google Ads preferred)

Good English communication and conversation skills

Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based prospects

Confident, proactive, and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace

Prior experience in B2B sales, telecalling, business development, or digital marketing is a plus

Freshers with good communication skills and basic digital marketing knowledge can also apply

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana 122006
