Job Overview
LIV ASTA is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive property acquisition, generate business leads, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence across Delhi NCR.
The candidate will identify property owners, onboard hotels and serviced apartments, develop corporate and travel partnerships, and generate business opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Property Acquisition
Identify and approach property owners, hotels, serviced apartments, guest houses, homestays, and vacation rental operators.
Explain LIV ASTA's property management and hosting solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospective properties into active listings.
Arrange property visits, meetings, and onboarding.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful property activation.
Business Development and Partnerships
Develop partnerships with corporates, hospitals, travel agents, banquet venues, and other institutions requiring accommodation.
Identify corporate accommodation and long-stay business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and business partners.
Negotiate commercial terms within company-approved limits.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent business pipeline.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly acquisition targets.
Drive direct booking opportunities and business referrals.
Identify new markets and opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
Maintain daily lead records, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion reports.
Marketing and Field Operations
Conduct property visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
Support local promotional activities and partnership development.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to convert leads into business.
Prepare regular reports on leads, property acquisition, partnerships, and revenue.
Candidate Requirements
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, hospitality, real estate, travel, or property management.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable with fieldwork, cold calling, client meetings, and local travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Own laptop or tablet preferred.
Two-wheeler riding skills and a valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation and Performance Incentives
- Fixed Salary
- ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Additional performance-based incentives may include
₹500 per verified property successfully onboarded, activated, and listed.
₹1,000 per property onboarded and managed by LIV ASTA.
₹500 per first booking generated.
₹1,000–₹2,000 per successful corporate, medical, or travel partnership, subject to company policy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Properties successfully onboarded and activated.
Corporate and institutional partnerships established.
First bookings generated.
Monthly revenue generated.
Lead conversion rate and follow-up performance.
