About the role
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who lives on social and builds with AI tools. You will plan, make, post, measure and improve content every day across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn and Reddit. This is not a strategy-on-paper role. You will be making and shipping content daily.
What you will do
Own the social calendar end to end: ideation, creation, scheduling, posting, optimisation
Create AI-first video and visual content: scripts, voiceovers, generative video and image, motion and edits
Build repeatable content workflows and test new tools and formats as soon as they land
Track performance across platforms, read the data, and turn it into short, actionable weekly reports
Keep quality and consistency high; every post should look and sound like us
Who you are
Recent graduate, available full time
AI-native: you already use tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Descript or CapCut, and you pick up new ones quickly
- Product-native
- you understand how consumer tech and online communities work, and can turn a feature into a story people care about
You have grown a social account yourself, personal or AI-led, and can show us the numbers
Comfortable with analytics and reporting
Strong spoken and written English, with a sharp eye for detail
