About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to develop and maintain scalable solutions for the Prism project. The candidate should have strong Salesforce platform development fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Platform Development

Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

JavaScript

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts; Java knowledge is preferred

Salesforce Data Model

SOQL and SOSL

Governor limits and performance optimization

Salesforce security

Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules

Unit testing, debugging, and code reviews

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.

Build reusable and scalable components following Salesforce best practices.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Participate in Agile sprints and deliver tasks independently.

Identify issues and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to meet delivery timelines.

Good to have

Salesforce integrations and API experience.

Important Requirements

Candidates must be available to join immediately, work in a hybrid model with two office days per week, work the 2 PM–11 PM IST shift, and attend one in-person interview round.
