Handle end-to-end export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth and timely export shipments.
Manage export orders, shipment schedules, dispatch planning, and delivery timelines in coordination with the sales and production teams.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and country-specific documentation requirements.
Coordinate with banks and internal accounts teams for export payment documentation, e-BRC, shipping bill tracking, and other applicable export-related formalities.
Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, freight costs, and documentation, and prepare regular operational reports.
Oversee day-to-day export operations, resolve shipment-related issues, and ensure timely communication with international customers and internal departments.
