Tele Caller Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Explain website design and development, digital marketing, Google Business Profile services, and 360° virtual tours.
• Identify customer requirements and generate business leads.
• Convince interested prospects to schedule meetings or product demonstrations with the BDM team.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and lead status.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the BDM and sales team to ensure effective follow-ups.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the team leader.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi; knowledge of English and regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Confidence in making outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and work toward targets.
• Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Preferred Experience: Telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Salary: As per company policy and candidate experience.
• Location: As per the company's current hiring requirement.
