WE'RE HIRING AT SLAY THE STRATEGY 🚀 Role: Sales and Business Development Executive (Field + Phone) Location: Delhi NCR, on the ground (office in Noida) Pay: ₹15,000 fixed + 15% commission on every client you close + monthly bonus + travel allowance Top performers can earn ₹35K+ a month in 2026 ABOUT US Slay The Strategy is a creative led social media and digital marketing agency working with 25+ fashion, jewellery, food and lifestyle brands across India. We handle social media, content shoots, Meta ads and websites. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Visit stores, boutiques, cafes and showrooms across Delhi NCR and pitch our services to owners face to face - Hold offline meetings with brand owners, walk them through our work and close the deal - Call and WhatsApp warm leads from our ads within an hour of them coming in - Book and run discovery calls, send proposals and follow up until it's a yes or a clear no - Collect references and referrals from every meeting, even the ones that don't close - Update our lead tracker every day with every visit, call and outcome YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF - You love meeting people and walking into a store doesn't make you nervous - You have 1+ years in sales, BD, field sales or client servicing (agency experience is a plus) - You speak confident Hindi and English - You have your own two wheeler and know your way around Delhi NCR - You're hungry and want your pay to grow with your results WHAT YOU GET - Fixed pay plus uncapped commission - Monthly bonus for hitting 10+ closes - Travel allowance for field visits - Direct training from the founder on pitching and closing - Fast growth: top performers lead the sales team as we scale HOW TO APPLY Email your resume and a 60 second voice note on why you'd be great at sales to dipanitib20@gmail.com Subject: Sales Executive, [Your Name]
