Job Summary

Identify and engage enterprise prospects across industries such as retail, BFSI, eCommerce, healthcare, and real estate.

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking.

Understand client communication challenges and propose customised omni-channel solutions (WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS, Email, AI workflows).

Conduct product demos and present tailored proposals aligned with client objectives and ROI expectations.

Own the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to commercial negotiation and deal closure.

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.

Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts to maximise lifetime value and recurring revenue.

Track sales performance using CRM tools and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.

Stay updated on CPaaS trends, Meta policy updates, messaging innovations, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven sales or business development experience will be added advantage

Strong communication and consultative skills.

Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.

Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.

Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, RCS, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
