- Coordinate and monitor ongoing certification projects
- Maintain daily task tracker and ensure timely execution of applications
- Coordinate between sales team, documentation team, labs, and clients
- Track application status and follow up with authorities when required
- Ensure deadlines, renewals, and submissions are completed on time
