Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Care Executives. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
Escalate complex queries to the concerned team when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Versant Level 5 communication proficiency required.
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a customer-focused environment.
Salary & Benefits
CTC up to ₹27,000 per month.
