Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, promoting diagnostic services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales.

Promote diagnostic services, laboratory tests, and healthcare packages over the phone.

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert them into business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Explain services, pricing, and packages to customers and address their queries.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling is preferred.

Experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good telephone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or
