Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in personal care, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer skincare and personal care needs and recommend appropriate products.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage techniques.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store hygiene standards.

Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.

Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

Maintain daily sales records and inventory updates.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, Skin Care Advisor, or similar role.

Good knowledge of skincare, personal care, cosmetics, and beauty products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer handling abilities.

Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
