Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.

Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into potential customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product benefits effectively.

Requirements

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.

Ability to follow up with leads and work towards targets.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Must be comfortable working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Working Hours

Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Work Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Candidates should be comfortable working according to the assigned night-shift schedule.
